Insurance
Dr. Manguba is in-network with Aetna, Carelon, Optum, Quest and United Health Care insurance plans.
Emma Crissman, LMFT is in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Optum and United Health Care insurance plans.
We are considered “out of network” providers for all other insurance companies. If you have a PPO plan, we can provide you with an invoice called a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to inquire what your reimbursement is for an out of network provider.
